By using this website, you agree to be bound by our below terms and conditions. From time to time we may change the terms and conditions that govern your use of our site. Your use of the site following any change will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
Orders
There is no minimum order level and we will only charge you for your postcard order. Postage is free to the UK.
We will endeavour to despatch all orders within 2 working days subject to stock (excluding weekends & public holidays). We don’t normally post on a Saturday because the mail is held in the sorting office over the weekend. We prefer to wait until Monday. The latest we post is 2:00pm on Friday.
Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct when placing an order as we may wish to contact you.
Returns/exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods a full refund or exchange policy is in place. For UK customers within 14 days from date of sending is allowed for return. For overseas customers an email intention to return within 14 days is sufficient. Please return goods in the original packaging and in the original condition. Before attempting to post any return to us, please contact us first of all so we can supply the correct address.
Payments methods
All our payments are processed by Paypal. This is a very secure service with encryption. We do not see or hold your credit card details on file. If you have a problem with your payment through Paypal please contact us first. You do not need a PayPal account to buy any postcard. You can simply use the secure Paypal system as. guest although you will be given the option of opening a secure Paypal account if you wanted to but this is optional.
Data protection and payment security
Online shopping is safe with Paypal as all payment details are sent using encrypted software and SSL transmission.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data (including name, address, telephone number, email address) may be held by us so that your details and/or order can be processed. We DO NOT sell or pass details of orders or personal details to any other company.
Products:
All items are guaranteed genuine originals. We make every effort to have stock available for all products illustrated on this web site but products may be withdrawn at any time. We make every effort to ensure that we have sufficient stocks; we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock on any one day and available for immediate despatch. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the products you require, we will automatically refund you the full value of any such product, and delivery charge if appropriate.
Please note that some of our stock listed on this website may also be listed on Ebay. If a purchase is made before you for the same postcard then the Ebay buyer will get priority because they was first. If t his happens you will get our sincere apology and a refund immediately.
All scans are taken in colour at 600dpi and we try to give you the best image of the postcard. We always include a scan of the back. Please note that we cannot pick up every condition issue. Please contact us if you would like a more up to date condition for a specific postcard. Please be aware that these postcard are 120-years old and will not be in mint condition in most cases after being through the postal system.
